Is it possiable to disable dedicated AMD GPU in a laptop?

On my "Nvidia Optimus" laptop I use envycontrol to switch between integrated, hybrid and Nvidia GPU modes. It works really well and is a true life-saver in regards getting the most out of the battery.

I now have a laptop that has an AMD CPU and AMD GPU (marketed as "AMD Advantage"). It works really well, I mostly use it in "hybrid" mode (something I select in the BIOS). When in hybrid mode the dedicated GPU remains powered down unless I run something with DRI_PRIME=1. Some applications can also fire up the dedicated GPU (like nvtop).

I'd like to be able to completely switch off the dedicated AMD GPU (an RX 6700m).

Is there something similar to envycontrol (or Optimus Manager) for AMD GPU switching?
