Time Zone issue

Hello,
My Arch system clock is configured with my timezone (UTC+2) and it shows the time correctly. However, each time I reboot from my Arch OS to my Windows 11 OS  (I'm using a dual boot) I have to systematically re-synchronize the system clock because it shows the time according to the UTC timezone.
Can I do anything about this on my Arch Linux OS ?
