Hi,
The tigerVNC X session wrapper */etc/X11/tigervnc/Xsession* is not sourcing the user bash_profile.
The wrapper also does ignore files in the directory */etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/*, but maybe this is normal behaviour ? My keyboard layout was ignored for example.
This bug seems to be quite old : https://github.com/TigerVNC/tigervnc/issues/1376
I don't know if anyone had issues with this...
[EDIT] : Well, I decided to file a bug.
[EDIT2] : Ok, it seems that the correct way to do things is to put your things in .profile file !
