Error installing nvidia drive

Hi, How are you, could anyone help me solve this problem, I've already tried a few ways and it doesn't work,

This is the error that appears during installation

I don't put nvidia-drm.modeset=1 because it somehow blocks fan activation

That is not a good idea at all, what do you mean by "blocks fan activation"? Is the GPU at a temperature that would justify the fan to be activated?
