AUR Database

Hello, I was wondering if there was any database or dataset that contains the information of the current packages available on the AUR. I already know that using a aur wrapper (such as paru) I can get a list with the name and version of the packages and then query every package details but might be too slow. Searching around the internet I found that there's something that looks like a repo url (https://aur.archlinux.org/cgit/aur.git/) but it's not clonable? (honestly I'm not sure what it is).

Does anybody know a "nice" way to get this information?

Also I would appreciate if you tell me that this is not allowed.

Thanks.
