pymol output console problem

Hi, I've installed pymol 2.5.0-7 pkg using pacman.
I'm using sway wm.
The Problem: I can't see the output of commands in the console embedded in the app when I run commands but output text is refreshed only when I select text inside output console or switch focus to other window. I've also tried compiling source from github schroedinger repo but I have same problem.
There could be any config adjustment I can do before report bug?
