That looks like the output of the libalpm rebuild-detector.hook from the rebuild-detector package .
If that's correct one or more of the dependencies of the listed packages have changed and you need to rebuild each of the listed packages.
Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.

rebuild-detector nomally is more explicit in its messages. If something needs to be rebuilt, it will tell you so.

You've roped two other seasoned members into speculating and trying to help you when there isn't even a problem. You've only shown seemingly normal / expected output from a alpm-hook you deliberately addedd to your system.

Oh, I didn't follow up. There wasn't any issue which is blocking me from using my system. This was more of a new thing, I wanted to report or mainly understand what this indicates so that any issues in the future can be forecasted.
Experiment at-least.
