recent filesystem package update

I noticed a file "/etc/shells.pacnew" appeared after a 230918 upgrade to the filesystem package.

The change added three more lines with a "/usr/" path prefix to the existing shells.

But in my original "/etc/shells" is also a line "/usr/bin/git-shell".

This all seems a bit trivial, but my question is how did that entry get in there?
I didn't put it there, and it isn't in either of the previous filesystem or git packages.

Thanks.
