[SOLVED]OpenSSL/3.1.3: error:0A0003E7:SSL routines::invalid session id

I accidentally broke my system, reinstalled all packages, and everything seems to work, but when I open many sites I get:

error: failed retrieving file 'paru-1.11.1-1.3-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst' from us-tx-mirror.chaotic.cx : OpenSSL/3.1.3: error:0A0003E7:SSL routines::invalid session id

I reinstalled openssl several times, but the problem remains..

UPD: the problem resolved itself
