Arch Linux not detecting bluetooth mouse

I have only recently started using Arch linux with Xfce desktop Environment. I have a razer bluetooth mouse , but arch is not able to detect the bluetooth mouse . I'm not facing any issues with other devices like bluetooth audio devices and phones . Could you aid me with this issue . Thank you in advance

with bluetoothctl  (Pairing a device from the shell is one of the simplest and most reliable options)
and post us the complete log when using power on, scan, pair, trust and connect.
