Dual boot with encrypted Ubuntu made me unable to boot Arch

I have my Arch Linux system for a long time. Today I replaced my old Windows partitions with a new encrypted Ubuntu. This is my partition table now:

sda 8:0 0 931,5G 0 disk
├─sda1 8:1 0 1,8G 0 part /boot
├─sda2 8:2 0 242,4G 0 part
│ └─sda2_crypt 253:0 0 242,4G 0 crypt
│ ├─ubuntu--vg-swap_1
│ │ 253:1 0 8G 0 lvm [SWAP]
│ └─ubuntu--vg-root
│ 253:2 0 234,4G 0 lvm /
├─sda5 8:5 0 300M 0 part /boot/efi
├─sda6 8:6 0 4G 0 part [SWAP]
└─sda7 8:7 0 683,1G 0 part

sda1 and sda2 are the new partitions for Ubuntu
sda5, sda6 and sda7 are the ones for Arch

Grub detects my Arch linux system, but it doesn't boot, I only see some hardware error logs (which always appeared when booting Arch on the past) and it doesn't go past that.
I've tried booting in TTY mode and booting in emergency mode, but the same happens.

I don't know how to proceed or what I could do to try and fix that.
