Random short flickering due to the proprietary Nvidia drivers

GDM and Cinnamon
Rtx 2070S
Driver-Version: 535.113.01
Dual-Monitor
Nvidia, utils, lib32-utils

About every 10 minutes a black flickering appears on the top third of one of my monitors, mostly when I'm playing a video or actively moving windows.
I have already tested several display managers, installed other drivers, activated DRM Kernel Mode and customized themes.
I reinstalled Arch today and made little adjustments, so this flickering can only be attributed to the drivers.

Re: Random short flickering due to the proprietary Nvidia drivers

Or the compositor or the hardware (GPU, monitor, cables)

* Is it always the same monitor?
* Does it happen w/ *only* that monitor attached?
* Do you run on X11 or wayland? Does it matter?
* Does it happen w/ eg. an openbox session?

Please post the output of "xrandr -q" and, assuming it's on X11, your Xorg log, https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Xorg#General
