Hello everyone,
I have a radeon 6900 xt and I'm unable to get DP audio to work on Arch. I'm using pipewire, pavucontrol displays only the "pro audio" profile for this card and alsamixer just closes saying "cannot load mixer controls: No such file or directory" if I select the card with F6.
Same hardware works fine on Windows so it shouldn't be an hardware problem.

I've got exactly the same problem - not on Arch but on Debian Bookworm. Still I believe it's the same problem as I see exactly the same symptoms with my Sapphire 6700xt (on AM4 Board).
It doesn't seem to be a pulseaudio / pipewire issue. I've switched back from pipewire to pulseaudio and have the same issues there. Same error with alsamixer.
Weirdly, occasionally it's detecting all the audio outputs and alsamixer is working then as well. That seems to be the case when I connect a USB Headset before boot and *if* the USB headset is detected first so that the GPU becomes audio card1 instead of card0.
Do you happen to have full disk encryption as well? Maybe it's some kind of timing issue.
