Microphone and Sleep Issues on GPD WIN 4 Pro (2023)

I just got my 2023 GPD WIN 4 Pro and the first thing i did was install Arch Linux on it.
I've set it up with KDE Plasma Wayland + Pipewire + Wireplumber.

Everything works except the Internal Microphone and any Headset/Microphone connect via the Headphone jack.
Bluetooth headset work perfectly.

About the Sleep Issue.
I've not been able to reliably reproduce it. But essentially what happens is once in a while after waking up from sleep.
the CPU gets locked at around 900MHz. But only when CPU Utilization is 100%.
As in when all the cores are fully being used they get locked to 900MHz.
If lets say only 90% of all the cores are being used i can see the clocks going upto 3-4 GHz.

I Will post some images when i've encountered this issue again...
