Drag and Drop doesn't work on Desktop (Budgie)

Hi everyone,
Im new to archlinux,
I followed buddiesofbudgie.org guide for setting up budgie on top of archlinux and I feel some things are missing from my setup.

Currently what im looking for is that I can't add or drag and drop any Icons on my desktop.
there's only 2 icons on my desktop which are HOME and TRASH. and I can't move them around desktop. they are locked in place.
