Netbeans woefully out of date

Hi all,

Currently Netbeans is sitting at version 16.1 and has been flagged out-of-date on 2023-05-22. The latest version of Netbeans should be 19. I was going to look at doing a merge request to get it fixed up but it's been disabled for Non-Arch Linux staff.

Can we please get this fixed up. The last change to the PKGBUILD was 7 months ago.

Re: Netbeans woefully out of date

See #6

Granted this is for a package that has actually has been legitimately flagged out of date for quite a while - but still unless you are offering something constructive (e.g., attempt to build it yourself or identify what issues may have it stalled), then this thread falls squarely under that #6 issue.

Re: Netbeans woefully out of date

Generally, these sort of posts are discouraged; but Tribly is right.  I am going to close the thread, but leave it in place.  You might contact the maintainer with an offer of your merge request.

When this gets resolved, would someone please report this thread again?
