Hi,
at first: please edit your first post and remove "[help request]" from your subject.

Regarding your issue:
Did the steam app worked already in the past, or is it your 1st try with steam ?
Do you have other steam apps ? Do they work ?

you activated scout runtime which apparently doesn't work with cs2. disable the use of a specific runtime in the game properties, cs2 will then run on linux runtime 3.0 sniper.

Which installation mode is yours ?
Please post some more details.

1. steam is installed through pacman.
2. what extra details should i add?

This should be fixed with the next nvidia driver update. See here.
