Standart ARCH Kernel Question..

Hello,

I wonder if I can use a bootsplash and the suspend etc features with the standart arch kernel ? I'm using kernel26 2.6.19-2 right now..

Should I use beyond for bootsplash and suspend kernel for suspend ?

Why are they seperate ?

Firstly, bootsplash is dead. If you want both fbsplash and suspend2, you need kernel26beyond - if you only want suspend2, you can use either kernel26beyond or kernel26suspend2.
