[SOLVED]Soundcard not detected Dell XPS 13 Plus 9320

Installed Arch after struggling with Fedora, although with Fedora all of my audio drivers and stuff just worked out of the box. However, on Arch it has been a different story. A lot of confusing issues and lack of any audio output whatsoever. Pavucontrol shows "Dummy output" for audio device and no hardware device is listed. Alsa mixer has similar issues.
If it helps my window manager is Qtile running X11.

Packages installed:
pipewire
pipewire-pulse
pipewire-alsa
wireplumber
sof-firmware
alsa-firmware
alsa-ucm-conf
alsa-tools
alsa-plugins

Output for aplay -l:

**** List of PLAYBACK Hardware Devices ****

  Subdevices: 1/1
  Subdevice #0: subdevice #0

card 0: sofhdadsp [sof-hda-dsp], device 3: HDMI3 (*) []

Output of inxi -A:

Would appreciate any help in this regard. Please let me know if you need any commands run or more output. This problem has been bugging me for days now.

Use the normal, not the LTS kernel (it's a year old, in terms of hardware support). And drop whatever modprobe attempts you're trying to do.

Oh my god that was the issue! So much searching about alsa and pipewire and the issue was that simple. Thank you so much! Speakers detected and working.

Re: [SOLVED]Soundcard not detected Dell XPS 13 Plus 9320

Not sure which youtube guide reccommends people to try LTS first and foremost. It should be a backup kernel when things aren't working for some reason, not generally your default pick, you miss out on a bunch of current developments. In any case please mark as [SOLVED] by editing the title in your first post.
