xfce4-mixer

On a totally unrelated topic, whenever I run xfce4-mixer I get a segfault as such:

[eric@arch ~]$ xfce4-mixer
alsa: Unable to find simple control 'Master',0
Segmentation fault

This was happening before so I removed it and then built it through ABS with debug enabled; the only thing that changed was I earned the "alsa: Unable to find simple control 'Master',0" line.    I posted this in Multimedia ages ago but no one replied, and I felt that this was not appropriate for the Desktop Environments board; forgive me if I am mistaken.  It is not a hugely important issue but it does bother me some.

Re: xfce4-mixer

1st - which version of Xfce do you use.
2nd - does alsamixer show Master control?

Re: xfce4-mixer

Nevermind this, I updated to testing's XFCE and xfce4-mixer seems to be working now... at the cost of a couple other important things... But that is another problem.
