[SOLVED] Segfaults (only for specific user)

Hi,

here are the symptoms:

When logged in as a user in a desktop environment (tested it with  XFCE and LXDE)  I get a segfault everytime when I
a) try to us a "Open File"-Dialog in nearly any app or
b) try to open specific folders in any filemanager (tried with thunar and pcmanfm) - but only if these folders also include .js-files! Otherwise it simply works.

These issues vanish also when I use sudo for starting apps / a filemanager or when I am logged in as root.

Probably this isn't enough information but that's all I have for now.

Thank you. It was in fact the local MIME config.
