Kde-Wayland black screen after login

Hey! After updating i tried to login through sddm and after that i get a black screen.I have kde-plasma installed .Changing tty and running startplasma-wayland doesnt change anything.I also tried changing from nvidia drivers to nvidia-open but once again it doesnt start. I tried booting from both linux and linux-lts kernels and the issue remains.I also downgraded the linux kernel hoping this would be the solution, mainly because on the kernel logs it showed that nvidia tainted the kernel and it was the only highlighted line. In the journalctl everything seems fine. I had this problem for at least a week and a half, trying to update but getting stuck and thankfully i have a timeshift backup ,but not updating is the least practical or at least logical thing to do. I genuinely cant get pass this. Thanks in advance!
