Where is the Arch Linux bootstrap tarball produced?

I'm looking to modify the bootstrap tarball (mentioned here) to suit my own needs. Could someone tell me where the git repository responsible for producing this artifact is located?

I expect the bootstrap tarball comes from the archlinux releng project which uses Archiso to create the installation images.

Ah, yep. I think that's right. It looks like there's a "bootstrap" option for mkarchiso. I should be looking in here to do what I need.
