[SOLVED] Microphone not working on Ideapad 5 Pro

I have installed Arch Linux on Ideapad 5 Pro 14ACN6, however on ArchWiki it says that microphone doesnt work out of the box and shows you how to fix it.

What I did:

1. Added the kernel parameter from ArchWiki

snd_rn_pci_acp3x.dmic_acpi_check=1

My kernel paramters:

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="loglevel=3 quiet splash snd_rn_pci_acp3x.dmic_acpi_check=1"

2. Updated grub

sudo grub-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cfg

3. Rebooted

My internal microphone is still not working, any help is appreciated.

Okay, turns out that I am an idiot.

The mic volume was set to 0 somehow in the KDE volume panel.
