[SOLVED]Font problem after installing GIMP

Hello guys. I have a font problem in arch. My fonts were fine before i installed gimp. But after i installled gimp my fonts were changed to some default font. This includes alacritty, rofi, and my dwm statusbar. I think it has something to do with gimp's dependencies. Can you help me?

DE: xfce

NOTE: so my fira code nerd font broke , i changed it to something else and it is working

Re: [SOLVED]Font problem after installing GIMP

Hello,
Same problem. At the end I had to install gimp as flatpak.

Re: [SOLVED]Font problem after installing GIMP

You most likely had not.
https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Font_configuration - configure the fonts you want to see explicitly (in doubt as the generic sans-serif, serif and monospace)

Though tbh. I don't even see how gimp would mess up anything here, it doesn't depends on any fonts and also provides no font config.
