[SOLVED] plymouth boot screen not showing up

plymouth boot screen not showing up system boots up normally with no problem and i followed arch wiki

these are the files i edited:

these are the files i edited

The file described as "grub.cfg" is nothing of the sort. Perhaps upload the correct file instead.

Please post the output of

cat /proc/cmdline
