No Sound on ALC887-VD and fresh install

fresh arch install, no audio with pulse audio in front panel or back io connector, for audio or microphone ports

made sure user is in audio group

checked alsamixer default card and made sure that all channels are not muted

these are the outputs of the commands while playing an audio stream online

sudo fuser -v /dev/snd/*

Re: No Sound on ALC887-VD and fresh install

Do the speakers work on other systems? From a pulse/ALSA chain everything looks good.

FWIW outputs of

amixer -c1
sudo dmesg | grep -iE 'snd|sof'
journalctl -b --user-unit=pulseaudio
