configure complains not finding a lib that's in PKG_CONFIG_P
I'm trying to make a PKGBUILD of xfce-menu-edit but have a no-go with pkgconfig :
compile test
./configure --prefix=/opt/xfce4
...
checking for libxfcegui4-1.0 >= 4.0.0... Package libxfcegui4-1.0 was not found in the pkg-config search path. Perhaps you should add the directory containing `libxfcegui4-1.0.pc' to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable No package 'libxfcegui4-1.0' found
