telegram-desktop startup becomes slower

After upgrading archlinux, telegram-desktop startup becomes slower, each startup takes 10s, is it a bug?

Hi, here happens too. It seems the problem is connecting to telegram servers. Anyway, no errors here and running the app from command line you can see this:

Same problem with telegram-desktop. The problem appeared after a recent update.

Update: 30 minutes after my post, I opened telegram and it now works flawlessly. Here's the message that popped up:

I solved my slow startup issue by disabling the following options in Settings → Advanced:

• "Hardware accelerated video decoding" → OFF
• "Enable OpenGL rendering for media" → OFF

Now, Telegram starts up almost instantly again.

Hi, at least in my system, only the last one was necessary (Enable OpenGL ...) to solve the problem. But, anyway, the reason to write this is "it was", with the latest version of the repo telegram is working as expected.
