Keyboard dead for 5 seconds after suspend resume

Hey,

Internal laptop keyboard hangs for 5-10 seconds after

systemctl suspend

and waking up.

When fresh boot, no hangs or delays happpening. Only after suspension.

USB keyboard works without delay after suspension. Only internal keyboard hangs after waking up from suspension.

Any ideas how to debug ? What more information I can provide to understand the problem ?

OS: Arch Linux x86_64 
Host: 82Y8 Yoga Pro 7 14APH8 
Kernel: 6.6.7-arch1-1 
DE: Hyprland 
WM: sway  
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7840HS (16) @ 5.293GHz 
GPU: AMD ATI 63:00.0 Phoenix1 
Memory: 1826MiB / 15173MiB

1. test the behavior on the multi-user.target (2nd link below, no hyprland or any other display server)
2. check the system journal (notably for events around the D3)
