NVRM: No Nvidia GPU found.

So I accidentally pushed the Clear CMOS button on my ASUS Rog Strix X670E-A Gaming Wifi mobo, and lost all trace of my 3080  (IGPU works fine). The only mention I can find of anything nvidia-related in the logs now is:

[Dec21 12:34] nvidia-nvlink: Nvlink Core is being initialized, major device number 509
[  +0.000006] NVRM: No NVIDIA GPU found.
[  +0.000871] nvidia-nvlink: Unregistered Nvlink Core, major device number 509

I have of course reconfigured everything in the BIOS to the best of my ability and memory, and even upgraded to the latest BIOS 1807, but no dice.
My system is fully updated, and I'm using the proprietary nvidia driver.
Any ideas?
