I have entered the correct password. I am now in the login interface. How do I change it?

Regarding this topic, it is unclear what you refer to as "the login interface". Are you logging into a TTY and running a command to start Plasma? Have you installed and configured a login manager, if so which one? Help us to help you, don't assume we know what you have done and how your system is configured.
