After reading some guides I can see that I need three main components in order to install KDE Plasma as my DE:
xorg
plasma
kde-applications
Can I install xorg and plasma only in order to have basic plasma desktop (taskbar, system settings, right-click mouse functions and so on) ? I do not want any KDE bloat like konsole, akonadi calendars, yakuake etc. I just need the DE itself with no extra applications.

Stop reading 'guides', start reading the wiki: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/KDE#Installation

Okay.
Is plasma-desktop the most minimal Plasma DE out there?

Alternatively, for a more minimal Plasma installation, install the plasma-desktop package
