I'm not sure when it happened, but when I restart my system, I have to go to Bluetooth settings in Plasma settings and enable it there.
I have bluetooth.service enabled.
In /etc/bluetooth/main.conf AutoEnable is set to true.
systemctl status bluetooth

Are you running TLP or similar and is it configured to disable bluetooth?
Yes, I use TLP. I only use it for setting the charging thresholds. The rest is default. Since installation, there hasn't been any issue with Bluetooth.
I have another topic on the forum - I have problem connecting to 6GHz Wi-Fi.
Something strange happened during network settings changes. Normally, when I have the thresholds set to 40/55% in TLP, the battery icon on the bottom taskbar (KDE Plasma) shows that the battery is charged at 55% - not charging.
After the changes regarding Wi-Fi (I can't reproduce those steps, and besides Wi-Fi, there might have been something else), this icon was hidden in KDE Plasma notifications with different information. It showed that the battery was charged (even though it was always at 55%).
It seemed as if the laptop didn't know it was connected to AC power. If that was the case, TLP might disable Bluetooth by default during battery charging. This could have been the issue, but as I mentioned, I can't reproduce it. For now, I've returned to the tested settings that are working.
