New Fifine Microphone Causing Issues

I got a Fifine AmpliGame the other day to replace my old microphone. However I am experiencing a few issues which i didn't encounter with my old microphone.

I noticed straight away when I got into a game of CS2. Sometimes when equiping a grenade, left clicking wouldn't allow me to throw it, and this only happens in certain areas of the map. It does seem bizarre to me that a microphone would cause this but then I noticed another problem.

In the browser, when opening external links, they would take a lot longer than normal to load, I unplug my microphone and links start to open instantly.

Any ideas whats going on?
