Bluetooth no adapters found on HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15

I have been here before trying to get this to work.
Here is the latest info from my logs and other trouble shooting commands:

I get no adapters found no matter what kernel I use.

Let me know what other info you might need.
I went back and looked at my previous posts and others posts here to see if any new info would work.
I have tried every Windows option to turn things on and off nothing seems to work.

I thought maybe someone here might have some new info for me to try to help with this.
My previous answer was to get a dongle for bluetooth but if that is the answer I would rather live without bluetooth since I have since I got this laptop in 2018-2019.

In case it helps... I have similar problems every now and then, bluetooth suddenly no longer working, no matter what I do in the console. So far I have been able to fix it by:

- boot -> bios -> disable bluetooth -> let it start
- boot -> bios -> enable bluetooth -> let it start

I have no idea why this happens...

Just FYI, if you are dual-booting with Windows, it has the habit of 'capturing' peripheral hardware. Also, please ensure that hardware recognition is set to thorough in the BIOS.

For me that's not the case, I only have Linux installed. Still bios "reset" is sometimes required.

Did you already try this path?:
- stop bluetooth.service
- remove all bluetooth modules
- re-insert bluetooth modules
- restart bluetooth.service

I don't have bluetooth setting in my bios.
So that won't work for me.
