GMOD some text is invisible

ttf-ms-fonts is installed

Some stuff I see in the console:

m_face->glyph->bitmap.width is 0 for ch:21462 Nimbus Sans
m_face->glyph->bitmap.width is 0 for ch:28040 Nimbus Sans
m_face->glyph->bitmap.width is 0 for ch:24212 Nimbus Sans
m_face->glyph->bitmap.width is 0 for ch:32 DejaVu Sans
 A LOT MORE

But in LibreOffice Writer I see both Nimbus Sans and Dejavu Sans is installed
By the way it seems some UTF characters are invisible

Hmmm I think I lack some fonts....
But how do I determine what fonts I should install?

Also, I think font problem can be tricky. If you know some troubleshooting tricks, please tell me, this adds the chance I solve this prob myself.

No that didn't work.
By the way I checked I copied Windows 10 fonts (those in C:\Windows\Fonts) to /usr/share/fonts/win/. Hmm this is weird.
