"Temporary failure in name resolution" error

Hi guys, I have an error (after installation and removal of the installation environment) where after connecting to ANY wireless network via IWD I get a "Temporary failure in name resolution" when trying to do any task which requires internet connection, for example ping. I have tried:

- Updating the /etc/resolv.conf file with another DNS (the file was empty for some reason, not sure if it supposed to be like that)
- Powering on and off my wireless card

Also, when I was checking the systemd service process tree, I did not notice a "NetworkManager" which I assume would have been crucial. Any help is appreciated greatly

Did you set IWD up to configure the network? Did you set up systemd-resolved?

sorry, about that: when i run IWCTL it tells me 'networkconfiguration' is disabled. i don't know where to enable it though
?

Yes, I did now. I'm stuck at NetworkConfigurationEnabled:Disabled

I cannot enable it through the config file. Please help me

What do you mean you "cannot enable it"?
What exact configuration changes did you make and did you restart iwd afterwards?
