When i see in neofetch i thought its discord, steam, spotify and etc. but no. Hyprland nowadays having problem with nvidia, i saw nvidia in flatpak and i dont know why. And from gBar output and in also journalctl i saw warnings/errors about freedesktop. So is there a way to carry this packages from flatpak to core/extra side ? I mean arch main repository. Also i read wiki about flatpak but i didnt understand what really is. Is it similar stuff like `snapshot` of nix ? I dont know if its appropriate or not but can you explain this me in simple words ?

There's no problem here and that list of flatpaks in general makes like 0 sense. What is it that you try to do exactly? Generally speaking you can forget about the info you see in the log these aren't warnings and basically everything works as is.

If you don't want flatpaks, remove the flatpaks. How did you install that particular set of flatpaks in the first place? Did you try installing software via GNOME software?

Flatpak in general is a distribution model to distribute software with all it's dependencies bundled to make them robust against library changes from the system. The other way "carrying flatpak to core/extra" makes no sense. But it's not clear what your problem is. Do you have an actual problem, and why do you think flatpak has anything do with that. You keep refering to some vague issues with hyprland but you never mention what it is you seem to have trouble with.

what's your problem with hyprland?

If it's ok and/or not caused by flatpaks, it's ok. Just as you mentioned below, I thought I should play it safe and learn:

Flatpaks seems like a very useful thing. Do Arch users generally prefer it ? I haven't done anything in particular, I have no idea how it was installed there.

Hyprland is working fine after I've been working on it for the last few days. But there is a general nvidia problem. So when I was using vsc, there were stuttering, corruption/crush. Discord still keeps refreshing itself every now and then, the screen goes black sometimes (discord) and I guess I can say it's like extreme lag when typing, there are interruptions. I type 1 forward and 1 backward.

I don't know exactly how to describe the problems I'm having, whether it's general linux issues or system failures, but there are a few notes I've taken, for example:

*** Just as I was typing the current output (much cleaner and clearer than above) $XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP opened hyprland in a new window. If this is normal, as I said, there were problems like this and now it's better.
Now:

Its changing, other outputs was kinda different but its same again. I solved the libwlroots by installing again the hyprland. Hyprpaper was missing, installed it. It suppose to install or update itself i guess because i didnt see in dependency. But it gave me a warning. Plus there was a little things just like it not quite remember.
Opening gBar is warning me about some:

GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NameHasNoOwner: Could not activate remote peer: unit failed.

There was more warning/errors like that. I solved it, getting better. You know these kind of funny/weird stuff. Ignorable or coming from some new installation, missing small stuff. And Fuck sake why they just dont add/program health check ?! Its new and (idk the words tho);;;; even in the dc server "staff" said about my keybinding in conf to me `its not CONTROL its CTRL` but its works. Everybody has some keybinding problems, either its not working or need to develop, compile(?) and its getting better. But for my humble opinion different syntax becoming problem. For example --makoctl dismiss is working no more from keybind. So i dont know how to explain or its just my problem. But in dc i saw people also stressed about it. Its not installation only, when the next-next-done setup is done you are done but in here its not. I removed 10-15 thing from my bookmark which listed will-do and it brings another topics-problems to the table. That kind of but those was not problem really.

When i stack my kitty (float) with nvim the graphics get low. gBar cant see my cpu temperature. Let me ask you btw; where is this file located in Arch: `/sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:18.3/hwmon/hwmon2/temp1_input`
nvim dont see my variables in same file and such. So its not pure %100 clean/legit and all up to good you know ? Im doing and repairing, adapting. Idk the word for this and they are not really issue but it does i guess because it has to taken care of and etc.

There are people that swear by flatpaks and people that wouldn't want to have them on their system if you held a gun to their head. I avoid flatpaks as much as possible because I like to know how my software interacts with each other, there are people that use them for almost everything.

As mentioned in by now three threads and even talked about by yourself. Discord, vscode, chromium and the like are all a chromium browser. They use xwayland by default which indeed has known problems on nvidia. But as you've found out about ozone layers you can configure all of those to use wayland directly, which you should, which will likely fix the stuttering issues you're seeing.

XDG_SESSION_TYPE and XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP are not exepcted to contain references to executables, you echo them to know their values. That they can't be executed is completely normal and not an issue.

Most of the other trouble sounds like you're not comfortable enough yet with how things work with Hyprland/linux and you either need to stick to it and keep learning or switch to something different. '/sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:18.3/hwmon/hwmon2/temp1_input' would be at the same place, assuming it's the same piece of hardware at the same PCI slot as you've found it in a random tutorial, but that's unlikely to be the case. This path and whether it exists depends on your PCI bus and which device and which temperature you're looking for. What you probably want to do is install the lm-sensors and run sensors-detect and then query the detected sensors with the sensors command: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Lm_sensors

Not sure about the kitty floating issues nor gbar (looked at the source for a sec it should be interfacing with nvidias-ml lib which should normally work, does nvidia-smi work for you?) those might indeed be real hyprland <-> nvidia bugs.

Oh shoot! Yeah, after than i echo'ed and it was successfully printed the results. I forget to update the second one and no need to post without echo.

Im sorry i didnt understand this. Its from gBar auto/default config file. Its CPU, the sensor for displaying the hardware or displaying the PCI ?

Well I dont know what to do with GPU, i want to keep it ... First will try the `xorg-xwayland-explicit-sync-git` if its not gonna work, i might try to ozane. But before than it, even the firefox, now the forum is not shiny and my GPU quality. So i can go for `switch` (?) Nouveau / GPU. And like you said `I like to know how my software interacts with each other` same for me. Rather than executing some stuff directly, manipulating the system with flags/aparats -idk- and operate different than usual will be my last thing. And yeap, by bothering with all this, im learning a lot.

For cpu temp1_input : /sys/class/hwmon/hwmon2/temp1_input

Webcord is also using electron. Solution might be disable #nvidia for gaming or (comment it & reboot) and vice verse --Switch

https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/xorg … =1#pkgreqs << I (GUESS) if you are using wayland for server it may be problematic (NOT SURE). And if you installed Arch without Xorg from (which is old and not fast as xwayland --people says--) it may not work.
+PLUS for me at least wayland graphics is bad, im using GTX 1050 Ti, its rusty and old looking. Sometimes in videos, dead pixels with small area and goes on.
So switching will do the thing. OR aur package (if xorg installed) because you cant run all system with ozane-electron. OR if only problem is discord you can use from web browser
*In hyprland dc other people trying to avoid from electron too.
