Remote LAN for gaming

Hello, there is a need for a remote local network, for example, such as Radmin vpn on Windows.
I need to link my PC on Linux, and a PC on the other side of the city on Windows 10

After searching for information, I realized that everyone recommends openvpn, but I just can’t find a guide that I understand.
I also read in other guides that hamachi now works somehow differently and it is impossible to use it for these purposes.

I would be grateful if you could provide a link to the installation and configuration guide.
I'm just learning to use Linux to the fullest and will be glad for any help and advice.
