I downloaded hyprland but my wallpaper was black so I installed swww but it says I must move them to to the appropriate location in your system. I don't know what to do. Thanks for help

Those look like man pages. How, exactly, did you 'install' swww?
The correct way, on Arch Linux, would be to install it from the AUR:

Those look like man pages. How, exactly, did you 'install' swww?

I read a comment on AUR that says the newest version is located it github so I downloaded it Via git clone

You should still create and install a package with makepkg / pacman. But the AUR package was updated 2 days ago ... so I'd expected it to be pretty close to the current git code (it also looks like the update was in response to these comments: the current PKGBUILD in the aur uses the updated url).
