I have freshly installed bluetooth on my Ideapad laptop with gnome 45. However, bluetooth is not connecting to my headphones.
It detects the network as it shows in the ui. However it does not connect. I have tried from both UI and CLI.
How can i resolve this?

Try install bluez-utils
# pacman -Syu bluez-utilsP.s. also check rfkill
P.p.s. also try update UEFI
P.p.p.s. (life stories) I am also the owner of Ideapad (slim 3). As soon as I installed Arch, I ran into BT problems, for the sake of interest I installed Windows (by deleting Arch), and after the UEFI and drivers automatic update utility was running, everything was updated and everything worked after installing Arch back. Also, periodically, Bluetooth died after that, but after completely turning off and turning on the system, everything started working. Later, the problem resolved itself.

Run this command,
journalctl -fAnd then try connect your bluetooth device. Send back the generated log here.
