[SOLVED] moving .ssh out of home folder

I want to have .ssh out of my home folder.

I changed /etc/ssh/ssh_config to the following:

IdentityFile ~/.config/ssh/id_rsa
   IdentityFile ~/.config/ssh/id_dsa
   IdentityFile ~/.config/ssh/id_ecdsa
   IdentityFile ~/.config/ssh/id_ed25519

and /etc/ssh/sshd_config to:

AuthorizedKeysFile	.config/ssh/authorized_keys

but it keeps creating .ssh under my $HOME folder. Where is hte mistake here?

Do you see other interpretations of "Hardcoded" and "won't fix"?
