Not managing to start i3

Hello, it's not my first time installing Arch linux, but it is my first time trying i3. Overall, I am still not such an expert with linux. I followed some instructions, but I didn't manage to start i3. I get this issue after the command

startx

NEVER use sudo startx .

Also don't post huge pictures. If a picture is the only way to convey information, post a link to the picture or use a thumbnail.

Since you're trying to run twm and xterm (assuming the head above the sudo-madness is w/o sudo), see the last link below.
