Newbie here, I tried my best to fix this problem by rewatching yt videos but it doesnt help. My windows 11 boot menu entry is missing. I think I accidentally delete it.

Thanks but I tried that one and I don't understand any of it.

Looking at your lsblk output, missing menu entry for Windows is the least of your concern. It seems you have overwritten your windows installation with arch, so technically you don't have windows installed any more.
Arch is a DIY distro and this forum generally frowns upon users that require spoon-feeding to troubleshoot their system. Don't get me wrong, but if following wiki instructions is not your thing, then maybe consider using a more newbie-friendly distro.

If you don't understand any of it, then Archlinux is not the OS for you unless you are willing to take the time to read and understand. The great thing, but also the difficult for beginners, about Archlinux is it requires you to understand how things work. That is what makes Archlinux user-centric rather than user-friendly.
If lsblk doesn't show your windows partition, then it's overwritten I would think. lsblk shouldn't have a problem showing it since it's a FAT partition.
If you intend to continue using Archlinux, then perhaps this is a good time to try to understand it. It can be difficult in the beginning, I know since we were once beginners, but it also gives satisfaction of knowing your system.
