Blackout when Idle

Hi all,

My computer randomly blackout when stay idle for a while (around 5-10 minutes). Key pressing, include Caps Lock Light, are not working (although keyboard light stays on). I met this issue on both KDE (Xorg) and Gnome (Xorg). It started several weeks ago.
I also see blue errors displayed briefly at startup and shutdown, which should be reflected in dmesg, around something about S0, S3 S4. Not sure if relevant.
Please help. Thanks.

what I tried: If I sudo systemctl suspend manually I am able to successfully suspend the system and restore it via keypress.
