Not able to shutdown or reset from SLiM
Hello,
I am using SLiM. But in this, the login screen has no options for shutting down or restarting. How to enable this?

Actually it does. Type 'reset' or 'shutdown' in as the user name. It will prompt you for the root password. 'man slim' for all the "username" commands it has.
