Fluxbox: how to hide icon from toolbar?

Hi.
I want to hide irssi from the toolbar so i add in the apps file:
[app] (irssi)
  [IconHidden] {yes}
[end]

And in the fluxboxmenue i add urxvt -name irssi -e irssi .
It works fine but irssi start in xterm instead of urxvt.
