filesystem: 750 package: 755I understand what it means, but don't know what to do with it.
Should I change the permission to match the package requirements, or leave it as is?

That depends. Do you want anyone to be able to see the list of polkit rules you have? That's the only difference this would make. Strictly speaking 0750 would be more "secure" - but only trivially so. There's really no harm either way. In fact, the cosmetic benefit of no longer seeing that message might be the more relevant motivation to consider changing it.
