Hello, I would like to apologize if I am missing something obvious, as I am still pretty new.
I am having an issue where my system freezes on suspend, shutdown, and reboot. It also refuses to unsuspend after I close the lid of my laptop.
I see the same issue in my WM (Hyprland), and when only using the tty.
This is a relatively new issue, as on Friday, I was using my laptop at Uni, closing and opening the lid no problem. I have no clue as to what has changed over the weekend other than package upgrades (I try to do a full system upgrade regularly).
As such, I tried to downgrade systemd thinking that it may be the cause, but I am still currently having the issue.
Over the weekend, I upgraded Linux to 6.7.arch-3-1. Might this be the issue?
Anyway, I was hoping someone had seen this problem before and might be able to help. I am happy to provide any more information that my help out.
For reference, I am running Arch on a Dell XPS 9320.
Thank you!

I managed to solve this by downgrading linux to 6.6.10.arch1-1. It seems to be an issue with the latest build. Does anyone know where I could place a bug report?

I have the same issue, it still works on 6.6.16-1-lts but it doesn't work on 6.7 last version I have tried has been 6.7.4.arch1-1

Since this apparently hasn't been solved but worked-around by switching to the LTS kernel downgrading the kernel - this user had a similar issue caused by using custom drivers on a Dell XPS 13 9320: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=292246

I read on a bug tracker that the issue might be solved in linux-6.8-rc4 so I compiled that kernel `paru linux-mainline` and it completely fixed the problem for me! running 6.8.0-rc4-1-mainline now and the laptop was in sleep all night and didn't hang
